Prohibited & Restricted Items

Version 1.0Effective 01-09-20264 min read

Part of the Terms of Service. Defines what may and may not be listed on GimartHub. Enforced together with the Acceptable Use Policy.

1. What GimartHub is for

Listings for lawful digital gaming assets and services in these categories:

  • Accounts — game accounts, where transfer is not otherwise unlawful.
  • Currency Top-Ups — in-game currency/credits.
  • In-Game Items / Skins — cosmetic and functional items.
  • Game Boosting — power-leveling, rank/trophy boosting, coaching, completion services.

2. Prohibited — never allowed

You may not list, sell, buy, or facilitate:

2.1 Illegal or stolen

  • Stolen, hacked, phished, or fraudulently obtained accounts, items, or currency.
  • Accounts or assets funded or acquired with stolen payment methods.
  • Anything whose sale is illegal in the seller's or buyer's jurisdiction.

2.2 Harm, security, and fraud

  • Cheats, hacks, aimbots, wallhacks, exploit tools, modchips, or any software/service designed to cheat or to circumvent game security or anti-cheat.
  • Malware, phishing kits, credential stuffers, botting/automation tools.
  • Account-recovery services intended to reclaim accounts sold to others ("recovery scams").
  • Services to evade bans in a way that involves fraud or unauthorised access.

2.3 People and identity

  • Real-world identity documents, personal data, or accounts belonging to a minor.
  • Any content sexualising minors — reported to authorities.
  • Impersonation accounts, or accounts created to defraud.
  • "Rent an account" arrangements that share credentials with strangers where the game prohibits it and the risk to users is unacceptable (see Restricted, §3).

2.4 Regulated / off-topic goods and services

  • Real-money gambling, casino services, or lootbox-opening services operated by the seller.
  • Cryptocurrency, securities, gift cards not tied to a game, or general "fund transfer" services.
  • Weapons, drugs, adult services, counterfeit goods, or any physical contraband.
  • Non-gaming digital goods (streaming logins, software licences, social-media accounts, followers).

2.5 IP and publisher

  • Assets a publisher has specifically asked us to prohibit, or for a title we have gated.
  • Infringing media, leaked builds, private-server access where unlawful, or datamined assets sold as products.
  • Use of publisher logos/marks in a way that implies endorsement.

3. Restricted — allowed only with conditions

Permitted only if all stated conditions are met; otherwise treated as prohibited.

Item / serviceConditions
Accounts with a prior ban or suspensionMust be clearly disclosed in the Listing (banHistory), including type and date. Non-disclosure = policy violation and automatic buyer-favoured dispute.
Accounts requiring the buyer to keep the seller's emailMust disclose emailChangeable = false and originalOwner. High-risk; may be limited or blocked per game.
Boosting that requires account login (self-play)Must disclose login is required, offer offline mode where available, prohibit cheat use, and follow the agreed scope. Buyer must be able to change their password afterward.
Bulk in-game currencySeller must be able to show a lawful source on request. Prices far below market are flagged for review.
Region-locked or platform-locked assetsRegion/platform limits must be stated; delivery method must be feasible for the buyer's region.
Coaching / completion servicesNo account sharing unless separately permitted; no guaranteed-rank claims that depend on cheating.
High-value accounts (above USD 500 equivalent)Seller must be KYC-verified; may require extra proof of ownership.

4. Publisher-specific rules

Many publishers' terms of service restrict or forbid the sale or transfer of accounts and in-game assets — for example Riot Games (Valorant, League of Legends), Valve (Steam and Steam items), Epic Games (Fortnite), Krafton (PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS), HoYoverse (Genshin Impact) and Electronic Arts (EA SPORTS FC / FIFA). GimartHub is not affiliated with any of them and does not warrant that a listing complies with a publisher's terms.

GimartHub maintains a per-title configuration that can:

  • Allow a category normally.
  • Restrict it (extra disclosures, verified sellers only, lower limits).
  • Gate or block it entirely at a publisher's request, on legal advice, or based on risk.

The in-Platform Listing form shows the current rules for the selected game. Absence of a specific rule is not permission to break a publisher's terms — the general rules above still apply, and buyers assume the risk described in the Terms and Disclaimer. Rights holders can request gating or removal through the DMCA / Copyright Policy or by contacting the contact page.

5. Enforcement

Violations may lead to Listing removal, order cancellation with buyer refund, forfeiture or reversal of seller proceeds, account suspension or ban (including linked accounts), and referral to payment providers or authorities. Repeat or egregious violations = permanent ban.

6. Reporting

Use the "Report" action on a Listing or contact us via the contact page. Rights-holders: see the DMCA Policy or use the contact page.

7. Changes

This list is non-exhaustive and will change often as we learn, as games change their rules, and as law develops. GimartHub may remove any Listing at its discretion to protect users and the Platform.

Money amounts are shown in your local currency at today's rate, with the original figure in parentheses. GimartHub is operated under the Omnalerge name. Questions: contact us.
