1. No affiliation with game publishers
GimartHub is an independent marketplace. All game titles, publisher names, logos, artwork, in-game currency names, item names, and other trademarks referenced on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. They are used only for identification, indexing, and discovery so buyers can find listings.
GimartHub is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to any game publisher, developer, or platform, including (without limitation) Riot Games (Valorant, League of Legends), Valve Corporation (Steam and Steam assets), Epic Games (Fortnite), Krafton / PUBG Corporation (PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS), HoYoverse / miHoYo (Genshin Impact), and Electronic Arts (EA SPORTS FC / FIFA), and the makers and distributors of any other title listed on the Platform.
2. GimartHub is an intermediary, not a seller
GimartHub does not own, produce, stock, pre-verify for accuracy, or guarantee any listed asset or service. Contracts of sale are between the Buyer and the Seller. GimartHub provides listing, discovery, escrow, messaging, and dispute-resolution tools, and makes binding platform decisions on disputes, but is not a party to the underlying sale.
3. Risks of trading digital gaming assets
Buyers and Sellers acknowledge that trading game accounts, currency, items, and boosting services carries inherent risks that GimartHub cannot eliminate, including that a publisher may, at any time and outside GimartHub's control:
- suspend, ban, restrict, reset, or delete an account or its contents;
- invalidate, remove, or devalue in-game currency or items;
- change its rules to prohibit or penalise account/asset transfers or boosting;
- reclaim assets it believes were obtained or transferred improperly.
Escrow, seller verification, and disclosures reduce fraud between users; they do not protect against publisher action or changes in a game.
4. "As is" / no warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. 5. No professional advice
Content on the Platform (help articles, guides, category descriptions, blog posts) is for general information only and is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Get advice suited to your situation before acting.
6. Third-party links and services
The Platform links to and integrates third-party services (payment processors, identity verification, hosting). GimartHub does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or availability.
7. Forward-looking statements
Any description of planned or future features reflects current intentions only. Features may change, be delayed, or be dropped without notice.
