1. What this covers
This Cookie Policy explains how GimartHub uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, session storage, pixels, SDKs, device identifiers) on https://gimarthub.vercel.app and our apps. It supplements the Privacy Policy and the Regulatory & Compliance Framework.
Consent basis. For users in the EU/EEA and UK we rely on prior, informed consent for any non-essential cookie or similar technology (ePrivacy Directive / GDPR). For California residents, our consent manager also functions as an opt-out of "sale"/"sharing", and we honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. "Similar technologies" work in comparable ways. They can be:
- First-party (set by GimartHub) or third-party (set by a provider we use).
- Session (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent (kept for a set period).
3. What we actually use
GimartHub keeps this deliberately minimal. Today we set only strictly necessary, first-party cookies, plus a cookieless analytics and error-monitoring setup.

We also use:
- Vercel Analytics for aggregate traffic and performance. It is configured to run without cookies and without collecting personal identifiers.
- Sentry for error monitoring. It records technical error details (stack traces, browser, the page you were on) to help us fix bugs; it does not set advertising cookies.
We do not use advertising, cross-site tracking, or marketing-attribution cookies, and we do not sell or share cookie data with ad networks.
4. Consent
Because we only use strictly necessary cookies and cookieless analytics, no cookie consent banner is shown and none is legally required. If we ever add functional, analytics or advertising cookies that require consent, we will add a consent manager and ask before loading them.
5. Managing cookies
- Browser controls: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking
gh_sessionwill sign you out and break checkout and escrow. - Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control: we do not run non-essential tracking, so there is nothing for these signals to switch off; where a future feature would require it, we will honour recognised opt-out signals.
6. Third parties
- Vercel hosts the site and provides the cookieless analytics above.
- Sentry receives error reports.
- A payment or identity-verification provider we redirect you to in the future may set its own cookies; payments are currently made by bank transfer with no third-party checkout.
Each third party is responsible for its own processing; see their policies.
7. Changes
We may update this Policy as our technology or providers change. Material changes are signalled by an in-Platform notice and a new version date at the top.
