GimartHub only works if buyers and sellers can trust each other. These are the basics.
Be honest
- Describe what you're selling exactly as it is — rank, region, level, skins, stock, delivery time, and any past bans or recovery risk.
- Don't fake reviews, sales, or ratings. Don't trade or threaten reviews.
- Don't pretend to be GimartHub staff, a game publisher, or another person.
Keep it on GimartHub
- Do the whole deal here: chat, delivery, and payment. That's what escrow protects.
- Don't share phone numbers, emails, social handles, or outside payment details to move a deal off-Platform. If you do, you lose your protection — and repeat attempts get penalised.
Deliver and confirm promptly
- Sellers: deliver on time, in the method you promised, and log it in the order.
- Buyers: check what you received and confirm delivery as soon as you're satisfied. If something's wrong, say so in the order chat, then open a dispute if needed.
Communicate like a decent human
- No harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination.
- No spam or unrelated advertising.
- No sharing anyone's private information.
- Disagree without abuse. Staff can see the whole thread.
Play fair with disputes
- Open disputes in good faith, with real evidence.
- Don't use a dispute (or a bad review, or a bank chargeback) as leverage to get something extra.
- Don't confirm delivery before you've actually received the item, and don't ask a buyer to.
Don't sell what's not allowed
See the Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy. In short: nothing stolen, no cheats/hacks/malware, no real-money gambling, no accounts of minors, no non-gaming goods, nothing illegal, and follow any publisher-specific rules shown on the Listing form.
Protect your account
- Use a strong, unique password and turn on two-factor authentication.
- Never share your login. GimartHub staff will never ask for your password.
- Tell us right away if something looks off: the contact page.
If someone breaks the rules
- Use the Report button on a listing, profile, message, or review.
- For anything dangerous or illegal in the real world, contact your local authorities first, then us.
What happens if you break the rules
Depending on what happened and your history: a warning, content removal, limits on your account, longer payout holds, frozen funds, suspension, or a permanent ban (including any linked accounts). Serious cases are reported to payment providers or authorities.
Thanks for keeping GimartHub a place people can trust.
